BIHAR JHARKHAND ASSOCIATION OF NORTH AMERICA

BJANA proudly participated in world’s largest India Day Parade (outside India), to celebrate India’s 72nd Independence Day

BJANA once again proudly participated, for the third consecutive year, in world’s largest India Day Parade (outside India) organized annually by FIA (Federation of Indian Associations) of NY, NJ & CT, at the heart of NYC, to celebrate India’s 72nd Independence Day. We were privileged to be joined by none other than the Deputy Consul General of India in NY, Shri Shatru Sinha ji, who walked with us and interacted very warmly with all our members. BJANA float was decorated with tricolor balloons, Madhubani Art, and map of India highlighting the location of Bihar & Jharkhand. We had FB live coverage with our volunteer members recording each and every action live for those who couldn’t join us there. We thank all our volunteers for their tireless efforts in making this yet another successful BJANA event. Special thanks to the photo and video team for capturing those moments of joy so beautifully and for all of us to cherish.
