Dipen is born and raised in Dhanbad, Jharkhand, Dipen is a resident of New Jersey, where he lives with his wife, Nabanita, and their two daughters, Suyesha in college and Elina in middle school. A seasoned Information Technology professional, he holds degrees in Engineering and MBA.
Dipen has been actively associated with BJANA for several years. Known for his hard-working nature,
collaborative spirit, and pleasant attitude, he is always ready to support the organization in any capacity. As an Executive Committee Member, he has helped streamline several key processes to manage BJANA’s growing participation—introducing innovative ideas such as outsourcing concepts and organizing live-cooked food services at major events like the annual picnic. His efforts have contributed significantly to enhancing efficiency and improving the member experience at community gatherings.
Deeply interested in cultural and social initiatives, Dipen brings valuable external experience and fresh
perspectives to BJANA’s programs. Outside work and community activities, he enjoys playing recreational soccer and badminton.
