Ravindra Kumar was born at Jiwan Bigha, district- Arawal, Bihar India. After Graduated from BIT Sindri, Engineering College move to United States to finish his Master degree from NYIT in 1987.
He is managing Hindu Center, Flushing New York . Also Board of Trustee and Executive Committee of Temple. Vice President of India Association of Long Island. Treausurer of Akhil Vishva Hindi Samiti, which organizes many cultural activities every year including Kavi Sammelan.
Treasurer of International Hindi Association, working to promote Hindi Language in USA and India. Organizing India Day Parade in Hicksville,Long Island. Committee Members of Arya Samaj of Long Island, Seva Center for Humility, International Ahimsa foundation and World Yoga Association. Host Committee in Town of North Hempstead along Island.
President of Yoga Stamps Petition USA, working to get YOGA STAMP approval from United States Postal service.
Currently involved in Real Estate investment and management. Mr. Kumar lives in Roslyn Heights, Long Island with his wife Bandana Kumar. He is proud parents of Dr. Eashaa Kumar and Abhishek Kumar.
