BJANA Cultural Showcase & Community Meet
The Bihar Jharkhand Association of North America (BJANA) invites you to a grand celebration of our shared heritage and vibrant culture. As a cornerstone for the diaspora from Bihar and Jharkhand, this event serves as a premier platform for families, professionals, and youth to reconnect, network, and honor the rich traditions of our homeland.
The program features a diverse array of activities designed to engage all generations. Attendees will experience a “District Parade” representing the various regions of Bihar and Jharkhand, soulful folk performances, and a talent showcase featuring our community’s youth. Beyond the festivities, the event highlights BJANA’s commitment to philanthropic and educational initiatives, including updates on our healthcare projects and scholarship programs in the U.S. and India.

Chhath Puja: A major spiritual observance honoring the Sun God (Surya Dev), where the community gathers at local water bodies for traditional prayers, Arghya, and the distribution of Thekua prasad.
